1. How do I place an order?

Shopping with Lifted Soul is easy:
Browse our collections, add your favourite items to your cart, and head to checkout.
You’ll be asked to enter your shipping and payment details — once complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all your details.


2. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We’re proud to ship our uplifting designs worldwide 🌍

Flat rate international shipping: £12.99

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–7 working days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 working days

Please note: customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a range of secure, convenient payment options for a smooth checkout experience:

All payments are processed securely to protect your details.


4. How do I return or exchange an item?

We want you to love your Lifted Soul purchase!
If you’d like to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

UK Delivery:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days

  • Next Day Delivery: available on orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday)

International Delivery:

  • Europe: 5–7 working days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 working days

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


6. Can I track my order?

Yes — every order comes with tracking.
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel’s journey to you.


7. How do I care for my Lifted Soul products?

To keep your prints and fabrics looking their best:

  • Turn items inside out before washing

  • Machine wash cold or at 30°C

  • Avoid tumble drying

  • Iron inside out if needed

Our garments are designed for comfort, quality, and longevity — treat them with love and they’ll lift you for years to come.


8. Do you offer gift cards?

Absolutely!
Lifted Soul gift cards make the perfect way to share love and encouragement.
Available in multiple amounts, they can be redeemed online for any of our products.
