We deliver worldwide at a flat rate of £12.99.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary. Lifted Soul is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs procedures.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to love your Lifted Soul purchase. If you are not completely satisfied:

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please email us at hello@liftedsoul.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refund Process:
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We’ll arrange a full refund or replacement and cover any return postage costs.

Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled, but you may still return the item in line with our Returns Policy.
